Hi folks, I’m Alex.
I’m the proud owner of SWCC (South West Camera Co.) and also the sole Camera Repair Technician who inspects, repairs and services the cameras that you’ll see for sale in the ‘Shop’ section of this website.
I’ve been lucky enough to hone my camera repair skills under the watchful eye of a Master Technician in the USA, and continue to broaden my knowledge across various models of cameras to ensure everything I do is to the correct standard.
When I’m not working on cameras, I’m a passionate film shooter (I only bought my first digital camera this year!) and really enjoy developing and scanning film at home (just don’t expect any works of art!).

As a minimum, all cameras we sell are inspected and fully checked for correct operation, using professional grade camera testing equipment - this means there’s no guess work involved!
